L’Aviano Boutiquehotel est une petite maison d’hôtes à la gestion familiale située au cœur de Vienne, à proximité de lieux d’intérêt variés, de monuments célèbres, de bâtiments historiques et de plusieurs rues commerçantes.

L’Aviano allie harmonieusement tradition viennoise et confort moderne. Meublées dans un style viennois traditionnel, toutes les chambres sont non-fumeurs et situées aux 2 derniers étages de ce bâtiment historique.

Sur place, vous ne trouverez pas de restaurant, de bar ou de hall, afin de vous garantir un séjour de détente en toute intimité. Vous pourrez déguster un petit-déjeuner buffet dans la salle prévue à cet effet.

Vous séjournerez dans une petite rue adjacente à la rue Kärntner Straße, à seulement quelques pas de la cathédrale Saint-Étienne, de l’Opéra national, du musée Albertina et du palais impérial de la Hofburg.
